Marina East

Georgiou was selected to build Blackburne’s $36 million Marina East apartment development in September 2018.

Positioned on the marina at Ascot Waters, the project involves the construction of 91 one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses.

The apartments will span over three separate boutique-sized building and surround a tranquil residents’ garden.
